Design of a brand identity, user interface and UX strategy for a video led e-commerce consumer product - balancing branded content with commerce performance.
The responsive component curated different ‘channels’ with recipe, cookery tips and long-form video stories extending Waitrose’s customer value and increasing its shopping profitability. Related ingredients auto-synced with playback were displayed allowing the purchase of ingredients and related products directly from the video experience.
Ingredients auto synced with the video allowed customers to directly purchase all or individual items required for each recipe increasing both value and profitability.
