Redefined and designed the UX and UI core principles and guidelines for Red Bee Media/Ericssons B2B product suite - including their VoD Content Management System, Access Services and Playout products.

Simplified the overall workflows identified through customer research and technical pain points. Leading to an improved UX and established a signature UI through a consistent design system, iconography, visual patterns, cross product components and user behaviours across multiple products.
